Highlights not detected

Using RTIBuilder,  all the jpegs adjusted and imported,  HSH Fitter option chosen, detect spheres done, but highlight detection fails,  any ideas why?

Whoops - sorry for the delayed response.  This summer has been a bit nutty - enough said.

Do you get an error message, or does it just fail to detect the highlights?  What platform (Mac or windows) you can also look in the .xml project log file that is created.  That sometimes contains additional information about how far the process got and what might have failed.
