If you are on Mac make sure that you install RTIBuilder somewhere on your system (i.e. drag it from the disk image (.dmg file) onto your hard drive) Most folks put it in Applications. If you run it from the disk image you can have problems like this. If this isn't the problem for you, then give a bit more info about your setup to help us figure it out.
