Michael Tetzlaff Posted June 14, 2024 Report Posted June 14, 2024 The latest version of Kintsugi 3D Builder can be found here: https://github.com/michaelt919/Kintsugi3DBuilder/releases/latest On Windows, download and run “Kintsugi3DBuilder-<version>-setup.exe” to install Kintsugi 3D. On Mac OS, download and open “Kintsugi3DBuilder-<version>-macos.dmg” and copy “Kintsugi 3D Viewer” and “Kintsugi 3D Builder” into the Applications folder. For the time being, Kintsugi 3D is not signed or notarized and must be manually allowed through Mac OS’s “Gatekeeper” feature. Instructions for how to do this are included in the documentation. The full documentation, containing install instructions as well as documentation for all of Kintsugi 3D Builder's features can be found here: https://michaelt919.github.io/Kintsugi3DBuilder/Kintsugi3DDocumentation.pdf Quote
Richard House Posted January 28 Report Posted January 28 Hi Michael, Checking back in after a little pause in my Kintsugi 3D work. Am I correct in thinking the latest Kinstugi 3D Builder documentation is still the 0.3.25 document? I have a new project that I am working on and have downloaded the latest Kintsugi 3D Builder Version 1.0.0 Release. (Working with Metashape Pro and Mac OS). Is the updated version mainly bug fixes with no real change in user guide instructions? Thanks! Rich @Michael Tetzlaff Quote
Michael Tetzlaff Posted January 28 Author Report Posted January 28 Yes, the 0.3.25 documentation is the most recent revision of the docs. The 1.0.0 software version should be essentially the same; the main new feature is an improved progress indicator for importing and processing textures. Quote
Richard House Posted January 28 Report Posted January 28 Thanks Michael! I also noted an update to the tone mapping window when selecting the grayscale patches. Knowing which patch you're on is much more clear now. 👍 1 Quote
