maximlebedev Posted January 18, 2015 Report Share Posted January 18, 2015 Dear all, I'm using Windows 8.1 and always have the same error message while trying to open any .ptm or .rti file (including, for example, Ban-Papyrus_1000) in RTIViewer: "Opening Error. I have only seen this error when there was a problem with an RTI file and it was created at only 4kb. Can you check the file sizes of your ptm and rti files? Has anyone else ever seen this? gianpaolo Posted January 28, 2015 Report Share Posted January 28, 2015 As Carla says, the problem is the file that you try to open. Maybe it has been corrupted during the download or the creation. I use the viewer on Windows 8.1 without any problems. Can you share with me any other files that you are not able to open?
